Same positioning: multi-step reasoning and long-session agentic tasks, stronger than Opus 5 in that category. Context 1 million tokens, max output 128K, adaptive thinking always on. It differs from Fable 5.1 mainly in knowledge freshness: cutoff 01/2026 (Fable 5.1 is 06/2026). Same price as 5.1, so unless there's a specific reason to pin the older version, Fable 5.1 should be used.
